Looking for a list of anonymizer programs and possibly their corresponding IP addresses.

Whoever can come up with this list could be a hero. I would think that no one would want to accept cc transactions from an anonymizer program.

Do I get shit canned for responding twice to my own post?

I can block them if I had a list of them with their IP addresses. I would like to BLOCK people trying to run charges through an anonymizer program.
