          AMD chips They just had their biggest price cut to try and compete against intel's new sexy chip... it wasn't enough though, intel will still maintain price vs. performance on their new chips vs. most of AMD's.

                              Real estate isn't up all over the world. I'd bet you could still find cheap quality real estate somewhere. And if you think that Gold, silver, oil or stocks are going down, you can short them.
