What's cheap these days?

Gold is up, silver is up, real estate is up, oil is up, the stock market isn't exactly cheap... what's cheap?

I have a few mutual funds doing decent. However, its nothing too great.

And as much as AMD goes down, for us AMD worshippers it just means good news :)

Real estate isn't up all over the world. I'd bet you could still find cheap quality real estate somewhere. And if you think that Gold, silver, oil or stocks are going down, you can short them. :thumbsup
