Wold Cup Referees SUCK
 

There were 16 yellow cards and 2 red cards issued in the Germany:Cameroon match yesterday. Sure it wasn't pretty but I have been playing soccer for over 20 years and I know that the umpire did not do his job in controlling the game.

Our commentator summed it all up by saying that the umpire had lost his mind.

I wish the 4th referee Pierluigi COLLINA had umpired this match. He would have taken control of the situation like a true professional and maybe only a few yellow cards would have been issued.

The umpiring has been very inconsistent throughout the entire championship. What?s with that? I thought they had one set of rules?

Yeah, Pierluigi Collina is fucking awesome. Like the Adolf Hitler of the soccer world, he doesn't stand for ANY shit from ANYONE.

Actually, the majority of the Refereeing has been quite good. They've let the flow of play move along quite nicely, and played advantage where there actually has been an advantage.

There have been a few cases, very few mind you, where the refereeing has been terrible. Germany and Cameroon was one of those..

The Australian ref blew too early which cost Tunesia the goal through advantage. Luckily they did get it from the free kick.

Turkey had a man sent off because Renaldo play-acted.

2 goals were disallowed for Italy against Croatia when the lines-man stuffed up.

Cameroon should have had another player sent of after that fears tackle yesterday.

Why don't they use a video referee or look at the screen themselves. It works in Rugby.
