Did icq force you to install a new version today?

yes, and even after unchecking the tool bar and home page/search engine options it still tried to install them

i had the option to upgrade, cancel, or to remind me later. i went with upgrade now. :)

Yes - Every time that happens I think I'm going to lose my contact list too - stresses the fuck outa me grrrr

i hate upgrading, i set every program i download to never upgrade, i like it the way it is and thats good enough for me

happened to me and i hate the changes in the new version i had the new version on my laptop and old one on my desktop and was forced to upgrade on desktop today :(

I prefer Trillian, it does AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN and IRC in one small app. with great skins. When it does Google Talk it will be perfect.

I had problems with Miranda IM not connecting, but then i just updated Miranda and all is fine now. I say "fine", MSN still times-out some times...
