How I converted my notebook into a desktop for less than $100
Since I added a "desktop" into my a spare room, my guests stays much longer in their room and bother me alot less, and all it took to get quiet time was less than $100 Canadian for the following:
- $50 for a Kensignton stand with with a 4 USB hub - $15 for a Benq keyboard - $30 for a Targus mouse http://img58.imageshack.us/img58/7831/cimg1093xi1.jpg I highly recommend this setup to anyone with limited budget that dončt want to be bothered by guests all they long:winkwink: |
looks awfull make it a gradient red and pimp it bro.

I made the same sort of changes when my computer caught fire and I had to steal the components from my wifes computer thus rendering hers obsolete.
I plugged my laptop to her 17" monitor, added a USB 2.0 hub, keyboard and mouse..and voilhahaha224;, a new tabletop for her. :) |
