My Offer was just accepted on the house and i managed to barter 25K off it aswell :pimp :1orglaugh :thumbsup

my £300,000 'grade deluxo' is ready for me to move in next friday, i am flying over there and staying at my a local bar that the sellers of the house say will put me up in a room for 4-5 nights while im waiting for the house :thumbsup

i have a job ready for me in a local night club earning 30K a year (a start)
i will also be playing glof and working on my own little projects online aswell as spenind huge ammounts of timeon the boards here at GFY.

my plane to spain is on tuesday where i hoped id be getting a provate jet but hey, juicy d links wouldnt treat me to it :( :winkwink:

i move in on friday and my wireless & sky box is supposedly getting set up tomorrow...

i have sold my current house now in england to be able to afford this and im now moving.
the 30K job will be temporary as a start in spain, i cant just go and jump in there country and get a manager job earning shit loads..

yes i sold my house and the other people were looking for a quick move out,
also i had somewhere to stay for upto 3 weeks so it was sorted. i knew that if i didnt get this house that theres another coupolke witing to move out of there apartment in marabella quickly but i wanted this, and it turns out they wanted to get out ASAP.
