This isn't about being compliant or not being compliant.

We are only the primary producers of one of our sites, the rest we had 3rd parties do, they are the primary producers.

Regarding being a secondary producer with docs? You bet we keep our ducks in a row... it doesn't take a good lawyer, it just takes an extra 5 minutes each time you buy a photoset or video.

If somebody with a paysite who is not compliant wants to sell, we wont go use their content, we'll replace it with our own that we know is compliant.

We are not looking down our noses at affiliates, we love affiliates, we need them. We are not looking down our noses at mom and pop shops, but there comes a time when plenty of small operations say "fuck it, i'm done" and we would like it to be known that we are looking to take over their operations.

Either way though, the offer stands that we are SHOPPING for programs to buy. We will offer a fair price and we will pay IN CASH.

We would buy it because it has members and/or traffic. We might replace some of the content, we might not, it would really depend on the site and the docs that are available.
