A UK Person to start a business managing americans paysites and being the legal owners of them and charging a certain ammount for managment fees.

I do not see how the new 2257 really affects American Content Producer's.

Unless of course they do not have records.
I have taken a great sigh of relief as a small producer, all my clients American or International are well taken care of in regards to the changes, even as the FBI is knockin on door's here in LA.
I was called an idiot for taking my stance in the past over the matter:) Now I can say I told you so.

I think the real people who are screwed are affiliates... even if they have all the 2257 records, it adds another expense. not to mention many people work from home, and I dont think most people want to publish their home address
