Sometimes... just sometimes, you get what you pay for!
 

So I had bought these Armani glasses for around 250$ 2 years ago

At some point, the frame was damaged, the lenses were popping out and scratching.

I brought them to a sunglass store with no receipt and probably no insurance either.

they tell me that they are gonna send it to their headquarters or whatever, and get them back within 2 weeks

I go pick them up today, and they gave me a BRAND NEW pair completely free, all I had to pay was the 10$ for shipping!

wow, i don't pay over $9.95 for my glasses

i bought a pare of foakleys, yeah they rock... i sat on them 6 times and drop them all the time, no scratches or breaking

Some things it is better to buy high end. You really do get what you pay for and then some

I used to go through so many pairs of knock off sunglasses so fast... finally caved and bought a pair of Ray Ban's last Dec... besides the odd adjustment I havnt had any issues with them and I'm pretty careless with them, stick em in my gym bag with no case, dropped them close to a dozen times etc... still good as new. :thumbsup

For some reason I either lose or break my glasses too easily. I stick to the $10 glasses from now on, lol.

An old friend of mine bought a Jaguar awhile back (he's a huge car buff). So he's had it for a week and it breaks down on the expressway. He calls them and he lets them know and they pick up the car. The next morning he gets a knock on his door from a guy in a suit and he hands him his car keys, the Jaguar sitting in his driveway. So he says "what was wrong with it?", the guy in the suit says "nothing". He says "well it broke down on me" and the guy says "sir, jaguars don't break" and he walked away. They then sent him this big gift basket with a pretty expensive bottle of champagne.

When you buy expensive shit, they treat you well.

I have a pair of Oakleys that I paid 100$ for, and guess what. They have fixed the frame two times, and replaced the scratched lenses. FREE!
