of course but when they give you half ass client support people that won't let you talk to anyone but them what are you to do... I faxed ccbill 5 times even had a client support confirm that they got my fax now all of a sudden they dont have it? this was from the 18th then faxed again on the 24th same thing now it's just gone? and they want me to fax again... I hear you! I have recently had a crazy issue with a missing check, and Ashley from CCBILL helped me as if I was their top client - which I am nowhere near that, I am sure. But she was great.
Never have had anything but great support from them, regardless of time of day, holidays, etc...going strong with them since 1998!
