You people KILL me - try support @ ccbill dot com ... even if you have to ask them to pass you the information, why in the hell when you probably have a simple, or even complex, question would you post this on a board instead of trying to contact them directly? Anytime I have ever needed anything handled, they always help, and get right with me.

I just got off the phone with them and got excellent and friendly support they are consistently responsive there. :)

Sadly, I doubt it. People are just damn lazy sometimes, lol! Yet, they can come here and stir up some shit for no reason.

of course but when they give you half ass client support people that won't let you talk to anyone but them what are you to do... I faxed ccbill 5 times even had a client support confirm that they got my fax now all of a sudden they dont have it? this was from the 18th then faxed again on the 24th same thing now it's just gone? and they want me to fax again... I am pissed you know what got "misplaced" my bank account information and my ID information... I dunno abot you guys but I am not cool with that

I hear you! I have recently had a crazy issue with a missing check, and Ashley from CCBILL helped me as if I was their top client - which I am nowhere near that, I am sure. But she was great.

Never have had anything but great support from them, regardless of time of day, holidays, etc...going strong with them since 1998!
