Security question: Update your payout info, confirmation email to NEW address. Why?
 

I never understand why sites/programs/software and even some billing companies send the conformation email with the changed info, to the NEW emailaddress...

Imagine. Me=bad boy

I login to account A I change the info, including their emailaddress. I will use my hotmail account...

Then on 'my' emailaddress I get the email, hey your info is changed....Is this ok?

Why not send it to the 'old' email first, and have that one confirm the change to a new (email)address?

But it is strange indeed, having a confimation from the old addy would make more sense imo
