WordPress Google Sitemaps Generator; Has it been good to your blogs?

I'm trying it out, doesn't seem to be having any ill effects. As far as benefits, it's a bit too soon to tell. I just like plugins though. :p

I haven't noticed any ill effects either and at this point, I'm crediting it with an increase in traffic.

I'm just sweating the possibility that further down the road, it could possibly cause adverse effects.

All starts out well, helps you get spidered fast and what not, BUT I had a serious drop in traffic for several days, removed the plugin, and now am at 2x as much google traffic. I may be wrong, as I can only state what I have seen :winkwink:

Well, thanks for giving me the heads up! I'm watching it closely. I'll deactivate it if I notice that happening to me too.

I have it, and it works fine. If you are adding a billion new pages a day, it is going to fuck you. If you are just updating on a regular basis, gogle actually wants to know. Thats part of thier ranking system
