I need a foreign address,, All my webmaster & business mail must go there.
All my domains & business filings will be registered to that address.
I am going to again move to another host, this time, out of usa.
I will conduct all webmaster work via a foreign proxy.


Your job will be to let me use your address, you collect my mail & fedex it back to me.


Will I then be exempt from 2257 :winkwink:

You'd be better off hiring someone to shoot your own content so you can control/own the docs, etc...

if you are actually thinking about that, you can just pay for a forwarding address in canada. All your mail would go there and they'll redirect it once a month to US. google it ;-)

lol for real. people keep saying "well just comply." how the hell are we supposed to comply when we have thousands of thumbs from sponsors' free hosted galleries? they ain't giving us all the records so there is no way to comply with that content...

yeah, for paysite I have all my docs, but I'm curious about maintaining records for all the free sites, tgps, blogs, etc,,, none of which can be compliant unless the sponsors are willing to share the docs.. otherwise, my promotional abilities will be severly hindered due to the way everything is setup currently,,,

Na.. there are a few legal ways of handling this - but also conditions, tho they are no biggie.

A lot of folks going to have to relocate their entire operations outside the US now.

The operation may be outside the US KRL - true. Needs some thought - I'll check with my lawyer in the next few days, but can see a few avenues.

All this shit was inevitable years ago - and, rest assured, it won't stop here.

Problem with that one xanz, is the moment the first IRS filing is done in the US - that would have to be the first lie. Better to kill all lies and keep it legal :)
