In the United States a blunt is the common use term for pot rolled with a cigar leaf (or that cigar paper the cheaper ones use). You would not refer to a cigar as simply a blunt.

Of course, I don't think that picture proves anything. It certainly looks like pot, but could very well just be a cigar. If that was Peyton Manning I doubt they'd even suggest it was marijuana. They'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

It matters because Ricky Williams has been suspended for two seasons for marijuana use. If Vick really does use pot league and the league doesn't suspend him because he's their most popular player, it's hypocritical.

I don't think sports leagues should test and suspend players for recreational drugs any more than they should for alcohol.
