Question when you call a company and they ask you to press 1 for English....
and then some guy from india answers and you can't understand a word they are saying.... why why why even bother pressing 1 ? :Oh crap

I dealt with that with Dell. I had a simple question, but I got an Indian woman who couldn't hardly speak English. To top it off, I assume that she was working from home because I could hear kids crying and a man yelling in the background. After 20 minutes of that, I finally ask her to connect me to someone who spoke at least broken English....Ebonics even. She hung up on me.
