and then some guy from india answers and you can't understand a word they are saying.... why why why even bother pressing 1 ? :Oh crap

What I like are these companies that call me wanting to offer support services. They will man the phones for me, and I can understand 3/5 words spoken.

I dealt with that with Dell. I had a simple question, but I got an Indian woman who couldn't hardly speak English. To top it off, I assume that she was working from home because I could hear kids crying and a man yelling in the background. After 20 minutes of that, I finally ask her to connect me to someone who spoke at least broken English....Ebonics even. She hung up on me.

ebonics is easier to understand then some of these indian people. :Oh crap

however "ebonic" speakers tend to be more rude, where as the indians, while you can't understand them at least say a lot of " thank you kind sir Mr. William I am soo sorry,,,blah vlah blash .. .please ... blah blah etc.,, "

I had a similar situation with somebody from AOL.

aol, cingular, sbc, reliant, citibank, dell ... all of thosemother fuckers use idian centers. 2 days ago I called Dellto ask for new ink for my printer and mother fucking "Jason" asked me what operating system I'm using and if cable was connected to my printer..
