confusing as shit! much prefer WHM.

they are all bloated and crappy though - with features i'll never use becuase i'm not a reseller, i just host mulitpul domains. there is a gap in the market there for a control panel!

Well, that whole ordeal took close to 45 minutes. A quick email saying the exact same thing that you told me could have been answered within 10 minutes. :-)

All new software has a learning curve. Once you start working your way up the curve, everything falls in place nicely. If not, Direct Admin has an extensive "help" system and we are always around to answer questions as well.

I'd have replied to your support ticket faster than Sly could have sent his first reply to your AIM :).

If you ever have any future problems, just email [email protected], it'll open a support ticket and we'll respond to you quickly. DirectAdmin is pretty easy to use, and they have a full site dedicated to explaining all the features of it: http://www.site-helper.com.

If you can't figure it out, we can take care of any tasks you require, for you. Just have to let us know. Myself and our other support are far too busy answering tickets all day to surf GFY all day looking for support threads.

If you want, I can change your account to a basic user account to remove the reseller features, so you aren't confused by the "Reseller Level" and "User Level" links on the right side. Just send in an email and I'll take care of it right away.

Correct DA is easy once you used to it,its doesnt has all Cpanel features but for teh rest of issues there is a support to email
