I have to say I learned in mainstream exit consoles do convert.

So then, DH can go ahead and mark all the members area spots as sold, because you are buying them, right? Surely you don't want to miss this opportunity to make money.

I find it hard to believe these sponsors would sell these spots if they could make more money on the traffic than they did selling it.

edit: Maybe its less of a headache than networking and trading traffic ... I don't know, but I would love somebody to explain this to me.

You're right of course, but it still gave me a warm glow for already having a "do not promote" note next to the names of 5 of the 7 sponsors mentioned. I bet the poor buggers coming off Epic's 5th page are going to be real money-earners :)

by clicked I meant the surfer actually clicked banner to get to the paysite. This is not blind link traffic that got there from trading tgps.

I guess you have not heard of re-targetting, it's actually becoming quite a boom in mainstream.

Get a grip man, people sell traffic prepaid all the time. Doesn't mean the transaction isn't profitable for both parties, it's just easier that way alot of times.

So , why you dont buy them yourself ?

The traffic can be profitable, if you make a sale that rebills 1-2 times, it's 60-90$. It's like 200 sales/week, 30/day on 180.000 uniques, 1:6000, on PimpRoll exits, to break even. Not that bad, isn't it? It's not traffic for affiliates, with 14.97/sale, it's traffic for paysite owners. Not really like member area traffic, but not bad, think that this traffic is already filtered to 1-5% CTR galleries tgp traffic, or SE, PPC ect. and niche filtered too. I wish I had my paysites done...

how many of those 6000 have popup protection? how many will close the window?

just because 6000 see the popup, it doesnt mean they are clicking it. oh and... 60-90 for 1 or 2 rebills? unless i own a program no affiate is making that on revshare.

Your numbers are way off. You are not getting 180,000 daily uniques. That's the total for all pop up slots.

I know, but I was checking pimproll's paysites, and couldn't see any pop-up, thats why I ask. I'm not an affiliate of pimproll so I can't generate pop-up link codes.

Correct. I jumped on. But my point is that if you have your own paysite/program, it can be profitable, though.

You're comparing Google and The Hun with paysites that use affiliates traffic to redirect it to other paysites!
