Would You have to abide by 2257 if you had eurpean hosting?!

I do not believe it makes one bit of difference where you are hosted.

The language of 2257 for 'secondary producer' talks about who maintains the site. Who actually uploads content basically.

So where it's hosted, who's name the domain is in and other factors wont matter if you are a US resident and maintaining a site with sexually explicit content.

Thats how I read it anyway.

Check with your lawyer.
