If you do not want to do your civic duty = no problem....

Sit in your chair and be very quite and constantly pick your nose, believe me this will get the Judges attention. When the Judge asks you to stop doing that, say " Stop doing what?", He will probablly tell you that he will hold you in content of court if you continue.

So stop picking your nose and reach down your pants and start scratching yourself and make all kinds of moaning noises and when the Judge gets mad, say, Ghee Whiz your Honor, I am not picking my nose am I?

Trust me he will be so pissed and happy to see you gone.

walk in and just say hang the bastard , i have some rope out in the car

go in saying how you hate the gov't... they'll let you go =)

The Jury system is a joke....

it is much simplier than that... just wear a nice shirt, shorts and a bow tie. it has worked for me like a charm more than one time.

My girlfriend got a letter last week saying she has jury duty.

She's not pleased...

Just start laughing at random moments. Laugh twice as hard if they bring up a question about the death penalty... snicker occasionally as well. Hey, it worked for Jesus.

I will never understand why ppl try to get out of Jury Duty.

I've been called Monday, for the 3rd time in TEXAS, and have never been chosen. Since I am registered to vote, it is my civic duty to report when I am called, be truthful in my answers, and be respectful of my citzenship .

All the bitching and moaning about laws being passed that effect our industry, and ya'll would act the fool. :Oh crap

What makes you think, you woudn't be tossed onto the cold metal bench, where scratching your balls, will get you a special date? :2 cents:
