Who here sees a Psychiatrist on a normal basis?

lots do - it's normal and a good thing to do for a lot of people

A normal basis comes when I have a moment of clarity, that is when I recieve his bill and then I regress to abnormal behavior and the cycle starts all over.:Oh crap

every 90 days to make sure i dont "snap"

Maybe that's the problem Juicy - most on GFY should see one as "normal", but keep missing their appointments.

I've been seeing a psychologist when I was younger (psychologue in french ... not sure if it's the right wod in english. The one that don't give you meds).

I don't anymore.

Are your friends unbiased, have a medical degree, and can write you a script for meds if you need it?

I used to for about 6-8 months...but not anymore.
