Who the fuck does Bush think he is. Check out this clip from the article in the link

"Bush has challenged about 750 statutes passed by Congress, according to numbers compiled by Specter?s committee. The ABA estimated Bush has issued signing statements on more than 800 statutes, more than all other presidents combined."

You can't sue a dictator. Dictators don't have to obey things like "congress" and "the law". The neo-cons think that the executive branch should have dictatorial powers, and they've basically achieved that over the past 6 years.

Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, these branches of government do not have control over the executive branch any longer. The Bush administration will simply ignore whatever comes from this.

The best example of Bush's contempt for our system of government is his signing statement on the torture bill. He reserved the right to not enforce the bill as he pleases. Democracy in action!

It's about time someone is attempting to challenge this. Now if someone would only do something about Dubya having borrowed more money than all the other presidents combined.

So the Republicans up for re-election in November think that an anti-Bush strategy is best?
