Are we back to square one?

Which seems to mean, back to square one. Any images displayed from ones server must be 2257 compliant (which is a complicated process) and these records must be held at ones place of business, available for inspection a minimum of 20 hours per week. I am speaking of being a "secondary producer", which I am. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Fornunately I have made it easy for me to upload my sites without the use of images and easy to upload with the use of images if things are turned around. I am in the process of uploading without the use of images.

Square one was nice. I liked square one; it put me on the same level as Hugh Heftner.

Except for resources of course.

But, keep in mind that "square one" started June 23, of 2005 - so...it isn't as though people haven't had the time to get ready.

But of course not everyone complied with the "secondary producer" requirements. Many, if not most, secondary producers continued to refer to the primary producers 2257 page.

True, however, we'd all been notified of this well over a year ago...so...if they have to scramble now to play "catch-up"...whose fault is that, exactly?

It is the fault of the person who is caught not having proper documentation.
