we'll have to work out the rules. I guess something like, when an overused thread keeps popping up to the top of the board we anti-bump it. So, we need rules, because we do not want to see a board full of topics with the subject "anti-bump". Maybe we could have something where someone starts a new topic and at the bottom of their post write "anti-bump" without specifing which thread they are "anti-bumping"?

Open to ideas here but that is my thought. Maybe a good idea to anti-bump certain overuses drama?
