Thats tough that you got up like that...sometime listening to REM too much does the effect....You should try to practice astralprojections...seriously....it takes six teen minutes to hit the first dreaming state then seven teen minutes to see through the dream then lastly eight teen minutes to recover from the vision.....I feel like awakening up everyday is like waking up from death...

I use to go out with a girl who had the happen to her all the time. She said the only way she could avoid it was by falling asleep with the TV on. She us to see very strange things in her dreams. I loved her but that freaked me out.
