Anyone Else Having Trouble With Namecheap?

For like 5 hours now their features keep shitting themselves. One minute you can change DNS on a domain, next minute it's offline for the next few hours. One minute you can bulk register domains, next it won't work. Really beginning to piss me off. :helpme

Got like 800 :upsidedow Looks like the .info registry is down and that's what is causing problems for me - I think.

no problems here

I saw some debugging output in a few spots last night - looked like they were either developing on the live site (ouch!) or someone deployed some unfinished code. The debug output was stuff like "here", "now here", etc.. not seeing it now.

never had any issues with them....

I contacted them, here is their response:

We are currently experiencing issues connecting to the .us, .biz, .info and .org registries. This issue will affect new registrations, renewals and dns modififications for any domains in this set of tld's. This does not affect .com or .net domains. If your renewal or dns modification in the aforementioned tld's fails, please try again later. Our support team is diligently working to correct the issue and should have it corrected soon.

take it as a good sign, anytime they are updating those tld's means it's going to be easier to manage/transfer them :)
