You ever watch this show?

It's pretty awesome what they do for these families. The whole town will get together to help build them a better place to live. The last one I saw, the local university donated scolarships to all the kids on top of everything else.

Nice to see that there are still good people out there willing to help and no matter how bad you think you have it, there are people much worse off.

We should all be lucky and be thankful for what we have.

Just my :2 cents:

I LOVE shows like this. I'd rather see a show that spends its budget helping people, than blowing it on overpaid actors.......... :2 cents:

This show is great, the only problem is they build these people houses that they cant affored to live in. Sure the house is paid for but some of them go from a tailer park to a 4,000 sqf house. The electricity and taxes are more then they had to pay for the trailer park.

From what I have seen they get extra money, etc... to help keep it going n stuff.

Exactly, Rene. Good post, man. Daily gratitude is one of the keys to a full life.

We should be thankful that there are still shows willing to give service to others...:)

It's a great show indeed. You can't just imagine how they do that makeover in just a very limited time. Thumbs up to these talented designers and architects of the show.
