Speed limits are there for reasons, honestly isnt that a bit above the speed limit?

Pay your fine like the rest of us chump. I just got my registration, 400 of unpaid parking tickets for parking outside my house, you got an excuse for the judge on that? Nope. Cuz its just as stupid as speeding ;)

if it was radar (and not laser) you can demand to see the log book to verify the last time they calibrated the radar gun. If it hasn't been done within a few hours the gun is inaccurate and will be thrown outa court. Even if calibration shows` accurate afterwards - it's too easy to doctor the facts after the incident and doesn't show true inpartiality on the part of the officer. I got outa a couple of tickets like this.

The guy was up on a hill with a radar gun, I asked about the calibration shit and he said "we will see you in court I guesS" and I was like fuck damn right, It was a 235 set fine and then 6 bucks per 1km over, so $475

last night drivin to the tyson fight i was goin 100 in a 50 zone. might have been 60 or 70, seemed to change every few feet.

cop was in the bushes but he didn't bother. maybe he was takin a leak or something.

Just go into court and ask the officer if he'd be willing to drop the ticket down too 19 over if you plead guilty on the spot; I had a 65 over reduced to 19 over by doing this. You could also hire yourself an attorney who specializes in speeding tickets; it would probably cost you $400-$500 but they can probably get it dropped down into the teens and it will save you a shitload on your insurance premiums.

If you're a student say you're poor and you were late to work to save up for tuition and blah blah....they usually have sympathy on students..

you didn't know what to tell the judge then. calibration is imperical evidence and required by law to be provided when asked for from an officer of the court.

you can't argue with a cop over it, you just ask him for it. You argue with the judge over it.

it only works if the cop didn't do the calibration or if the cop refused rto show it to you. if he shows you a good calibration your'e fucked.

I love it here in Czech, got a UK license and when they stop me for doing 120 mph on the motorway all I get is a $10. Get caught once every month.

just look at the judge and say "Nice robe fuckface, what did you do, fuck the drapes?" and all of your speeding problems will end (but a few new ones may begin)
