I MAKE more money, but my mom HAS a LOT more than I do. :)

its too funny. my father is one of those typical northern british working class "i love work" men. english people will know what i mean. "up ahh sixer clohck n ov tuh werk darnth pit n lovvin ih".

apparently i should love getting up at 6am after 4 hours sleep. apparently i'm lazy for not being up at 7am on a saturday morning. apparently staying awake until 1am means i've been up "all night". apparently i should love slaving 15 hours a day and getting paid fuck all for it. apparently beer consumption is directly proportional with masculinity.

i work half the time he does and earn four times the money he does. yet, some how, some way, he is smarter than me because his job involves physical labour whilst i "sit on" my "arse all day".

Just write down every $ you spend and you'll be amased by the result.

I did it and realised I was spending too much on useless stuff...

I'm not even 30 and I make more money than my father does. Its almost strange.

And isn't there a lot of them around? I spend much of my time on my sites etc and the rest programming on projects started before I moved into this full time. Because I work from home it's amazing how many people don't consider you as 'having a job'. Gotta admit too that most Northerners I've met take this a step further.

At least I have tried to learn 2 languages other than my native one. How many of you can say tat too.

Most of you were born in a country where english is a native language and never had to learn a second one to be able to speak with people all over the world.

I was not so fortunate. I had to learn it on my own. Ofcourse it was hard and I still make some mistakes.
