Time Travel-Your thoughts
 

This posts is asking for two responses from you..
First of all, your thoughts on its feasability...whether we will see it in our lifetime. There are those theories that there are people from the future who are visiting uus now-you could be spying on yourself right now, par example.

Secondly, what time period would go to if you could. I would like to go back on the Titanic for a few days(obviously before it went down) or back to the time of Christ.

I'd go back to college, never had so much fun

Oh yeah, I'd love to go back to my high school or university years, as well as a few days with myself as a child watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show. In high school I did not really appreciate the beauty of the teen girls's body-I sure would appreciate it now.

I posted this all-ready. I am a time traveler.

I think time travel is possible, but almost certainly not in our lifetime, or even that of our kids or grandkids. The future is vast.

All you have to do is try to comprehend traveling at 186,000 miles per second to know it won't happen.

Some one once said; "whatever man can imagine, given enough time, man can achieve".

I tend to believe that, but I also tend to believe that mankind will not be around long enough to achieve time travel.

There are more extinct species than there are existing species, so I suspect that at some point in time mankind will become extinct, very likely from an asteroid impacting the earth, but it could be from other causes.

I don't think we'll see it in our lifetime...anyways if i could go back in time...i need to go only 1 week back...and tell my past slef the numbers of the lottery...hehe...or something like that...

Time travel IS possible. I am Jesus. I resurrected after 3 days remember? I just went back and said hi.

I'd travel back to Japan around 850AD and take over the Heian empire of Japan. After that, I will begin to conquer all of Asia using my superior technology (guns, bombs, etc.). The whole world will be mine within 50 years.

I think we will destroy ourselves long before we have any asteroid worries... It's just a matter of time until technology takes over.

According to many theories time travel if it ever happened has a very good chance of destroying the universe, and they make a strong case so I don't believe it'll happen.

As for the if thing - medieval times would be instersting if I could avoid being burnt as a witch.

Just thinking of time traveling to the past brings up so many possibilities & theories. Can one travel before they were born or are they stuck to only their existance in time? Can the past be changed or will history correct itself to get back on track? Does alternating a past event create a whole new timeline & thus creates a new parallel world in the multiverse?

I would like to visit all time periods as long as I do not get stuck for I know I would be branded a witch & therefore hanged as a witch.

The Government has been time traveling for years now.... well, maybe not, but you would be damn surprised at the technological advances that are not available for the "public".
