I want to fund my Epassporte account with a credit card, anyone know if Citibank or Chase will assess a cash advance fee for this kind of transaction?

My credit cards dont assess the fee. But I couldnt say for yours. Try and see?

mine don't worked either so i contact them and they asked me for some document and it's good. Send an email, thay will send you a form.

And which company issued your credit card?

Epass do not accept my CC at all.. They are affraid of non us based cards..

like me and like i said i contact them they will ask you for some documents and accept your cc
