Yeah don't know for sure if it was the Microhack update that interfered but it's looking likely. Am dreading a reinstall since I have over 50 sponsors in there... :(

I sent them a support e mail last week, never heard back. Still love their product.

BrothersinCash and BlockBoosterCash don't show up correctly for me.

go under manage tab and type a name like 'abc123' in the box where it says backup databases, then hit backup

it'll save your db

then go to C:\program files\UnifiedStats\bkups

take the abc123 folder and move it somewhere safe, like your my documents

uninstall, reinstall.. copy the *contents* of abc123 back into the C:\program files\UnifiedStats\db folder. hit yes to all to overwrite it.

start up unified. :thumbsup

Hey Julian...I sent you an email with more details...

FreeHuge, we pushed out an update for those 2 programs earlier this week...let me know if you are still having issues. (would need to restart to pick up the new config if it's been a while since you last restarted)

Not sure how your confirmation email slipped through the cracks, but yes we typically send out confirmation emails to existing support requests once an update has been pushed out. And if all else fails, keep an eye on the splash page during startup for any changes in which you might be waiting on.

Thanks!

Thanks, I did the backup, uninstalled & re-installed. Then replaced the backup files back in and still get the general engine failure error. So it might be something in one of those files. By the way a clean re-install seems to be working. So I'll just spend a half day and re-enter my 55 sponsors.

It's worth it. Unified Stats benefits my biz greatly and I rely on it every day. :)
