They are basically useless as law enforcement officers and clueless on "people management".

Dunno anything about the background - it "appeared" they were removing cuffs to put up a show of the "perp" offering resistance? They then start assaulting.

Sounds like asskick out the door time from law enforcement work - and criminal assault charges.

Something a little messed up about that video. I think that it may very well have been a set up.

Well, just makes me think even more that the police are self obsessed, power hungry, maniacs who all deserve to have the shit kicked out of them. FUCK the law. Fuck it in it's pathetic little fucking ass.
