I already emailed support@atkcash 2 times, been waiting a week, no reply.

Anyone have a contact for these guys?

I apologize you haven't been able to get through to us. We monitor the Cash support email daily and as of this afternoon I didn't see anything from you. We get spammed A LOT so it's possible your email got flagged for some reason. Just to verify, are you sending to [email protected]?

Shoot me a note to that address and reply to this post letting me know you did (just in case it gets filtered) and I'll get you taken care of post-haste!
