Price of concerts tickets are fucking bullshit
 

$200 a ticket to see CSNY, plus another $20 'convenience charge' fee, wtf. Even more fucked up are the people paying it.

Thats whacker than a cracker. My Slayer tickets only cost me 50 bones.

We get the same thing here 150 bucks to see tired old broke rockers try and relive better days.

Its because the music industry hasnt put out anything decent in the past 20 years. The superbands with real talent have been replaced with Britney Spears and all these other talentless puppets.

I remember back in the day paying $18 for an all day concert that included The Stones, Heart, George Thorogood and a few others. I remember paying $9 for Neil Young and being in the 2nd row. Guess I'm getting old.

yeah fucked up. I rarely pay over $40/ticket.

The CD sales went down a lot for many people but the popularity of hte music went up ... lots of artists, even older ones, make a better living from touring then they used to with cd sales.

yeah concert tickets have been going up hella thanks to the lack of cd sales
