Semi-Retired-Dave 07-19-2006 02:45 AM

For Sure...no questions about it.

sweetcuties 07-19-2006 02:47 AM

Absolutely yes! I'm not married, not even engaged... my girl and I talked about it a few mths after we got together and she's fine with it

Bdiddy 07-19-2006 02:55 AM

i would for sure

StuartD 07-19-2006 03:00 AM

Yeah, in your case... I'd have to say it's a go, no matter how perfect she could possibly be. In a real world situation, things can go wrong... even with perfection.

You have to prepare for the worst even when you're expecting the best.

To each his own. I personally could not go into a marriage with one unless I had old family money. My wife is equally responsible for my success and would be rightfully entitled to whatever she might be awarded. Plus they (pre nups) must affect the blowjob factor....

You been having some deep thoughts lately quiet?:)

Only me.. but would have to say yes. There is also something to be said for being fair if anything ever did go wrong.

Yes... i'm sure you would feel the exact same way about happily handing over half of whatever you owe in the event you found out that while you were working hard to make money, she was sleeping with another guy..

lelahosting 07-20-2006 02:17 PM

yes

no way around it

WiredGuy 07-20-2006 02:19 PM

No question about it for you, it is a necessity. Imagine her getting 50% of the shares of your company in the case of a divorce. She'll be making half of your income for life. Prenup, ironclad attorneys and video tape her consenting to the terms of the prenup with 2 pieces of ID, lol.

Of course. Educate yourself, read, talk to lawyers, etc. Many people draw up shitty prenups, make sure yours will stand up and is done the "right way".

artman 07-20-2006 02:40 PM

yes, and buyout clause not percentage.

Chris 07-20-2006 02:40 PM

yessirrr

woj 07-20-2006 02:54 PM
