epassporte screwed me!
 

Okay, so I have an epassporte account and have had for quite a few months now. So today I logged in and it tells me my account has been temporarily suspended.

A thousand phone calls later to epassporte support after fobbing me off for ages and they finally tell me that it's something to do with some p2p transfers I received from a friend of mine (about $1100 worth). This is REALLY confusing because I've recevied a lot of money from them in the past and have had no problems whatsoever.

Anyway, I ask them what I need to do and they tell me I have to sit back and wait for their corporate office to contact me and let me know what they've decided. I ask to speak to them directly (considering I had a good $4000 in the account) to get it resolved but they refused. After speaking to a number of supervisors, they still refused to do anything about my account and have still kept my money frozen with no timeframe at all.

The worst part is, I'm travelling at the moment and I was using the epassporte money as a fair bit of spending money. Very annoying.

I also spoke to another friend of mine who has had the exact same thing occur after a long time with epassporte.

I recommend everyone get as much cash out of their account before they kill yours as well - sounds like their fraud checks whatever they are are going wild.

Did you speak to the reps on icq ? Epass don't give 2 shits about their non adult customers it seems... phone support sucks but ICQ support is good.

I've been loving Epassporte myself. I actually just called them this morning because the strip on my card is going bad and rarely works. They took care of it right away. Also, when I asked them about upping my amounts for atm and I didn't even realize this, but if you upgrade to gold for $5 via the link on the right side after you log in, you can up to $620 atm and $1,000 single transactions. I guess that I was blind to that all this time, I just saw it there and clicked into my account, ha ha ha.

Why is that? I thought 5k was the limit then you need to provide some id/proof

i usually dont keep much of a balance in epassporte anyway, but i havent had any problems with them

I love epass! Its all I ever wanted for this business. Sponsors pay quick on it instead of those stupid checks by mail which takes 6 weeks to arrive and are costly (here) to change by bank for money. Epass gives me a card and I got my money right out of the ATM for free!!! :pimp
