What Should I Do If I Am Sure That Somebody Commited A Fraud On My Site ?????

I know that somebody commited a fraud. He used AOL browser, and buyed credits with a stolen credit card. I know who done that, I have his real registration documents. What do I have to do ?
I wish to put him in jail (the laws from his country are like this - if the fraud is proved 3 to 12 years in jail ).
Please let me know what do you do in thease situations.

    Thank you !

If you are in the U.S. chief, you turn it over to the internet bureau of your state police. Or the FBI and they'll take it from there.

You could also try the fraud department at whatever credit card company they used.

If you are outside the U.S., try the ladder. Have a nice day.
