Anyone in Montreal need office space? 900 sq ft

We have a year left on our lease but we need to get out and get something bigger.

The office is in Anjou, 900 sq ft for under $750/month (heating, elct. A/C included)

Good luck finding someone to take over the lease. Seems like a reasonable price. :)

Guys, this office looks nice, I've been there a couple of times.... and it's right next to the 40 highway.

Wow, that's a bargain compared to what I'm paying for my office!

Yea, the one we are looking at is double the $$ per sq ft.

Its a great starter office where we are now, if someone wants alot of space for cheap, its perfect!

Hmmm, bigger than my condo and cheapr ... home/office potential? ;)

I've always wanted to move to Montreal, at least for the Spring/Summer..

Yea :) We need to hire a couple of people for TastyDollars soon, so we will need the extra space.

I'm in Montreal and need a job (hint hint)

NoCarrier 07-18-2006 04:27 PM

Can I rent it and burn the place down before I sign anything?

It's a great office if anyone is looking, I have had the pleasure of spending some time there :)

Nice price ... but Anjou's much too far out for me!

I'm thinking of renting a 3-1/2 to serve as a dedicated commercial space, so my current office space can become a mother-in-law suite/guest room. :thumbsup
