Check out http://www.leadpoint.com/. It's like an ebay auction for mortgage leads where you can sell direct to a broker instead of giving your leads to an affiliate sponsor.

they solicited me when they launched but i never gave it a shot.. do you find that you get a good price for your leads?

I applied with my insurance forum website and was rejected. I am still working on my mortgage site and will reapply when finished. It's a great concept but it's new so I don't know how many active buyers they actually have.
