I beg to differ. I have 7 and have only had one problem with a dvd burner which they themselves came out and replaced. Dell rocks!

Since the first purchase, I've stacked up a PDA, 2 monitors, another computer for my bro, another for my sis, and recently a laptop for my mom... all Dell.

Couldnt be happier with the product, and customer service. But everyone has their own experience.

Fuck dell . Just get some knowlege, go to the OEM shop and build your own.

That's how I did pretty much every setup up until the first laptop in 2000, then one Sony desktop followed a shortwhile later.

I still love building em... but out of the box... can't beat Dell. Hard to price match thier higher end, DIY. Plus the time saved...

I will NEVER buy another Dell as long as I live. I *hate* Dell.
