my tax consultant needs a secret windows proggie that logs and reports what someone does on his pc - one of his people seems to cheat

The absolute best thing to get is a hardware keylogger that's built directly into the keyboard itself, that way he could never find it. If security isn't that much of an issue I would use Phantom 2.0 or Ghost Keylogger.

These hardware keyloggers look just like keyboard connectors. Plus they hide on the back of the computer.
