customer service rant
 
so I call since my vacuum cleaner is broken

This bimbo asks me who I spoke to last time I say cant tell she didnt give her name. So we discuss, I ask in the end can I pls have your name and shes like NO we do not give out names, you spoke to A customer service rep.

WTF is that, asking me whom I spoke to and then that. Fucked up and it happens more n more. Great way to piss customers off and then tell them they spoke to some guy or girl who doesnt even exist.

If someone has a q bout DTC and they ask Im Bob and Ill help them.

WTF. I need coffee.

I thought they had to give you their first name upon request?? Never heard of that shit before lol... every time I have problem with a person on the phone I ask for their name + to be transferred to their supervisor. Usually they try to weasel out of the supervisor part (I've been hung up on so many damn times while asking to be transferred to their supervisor), sometimes you have to call back for that.

Yeah me too, at least a first name. She said cant do were not allowed. Fucked up cause she works here in the local store I can go there and ask and ill see her even recognise her voice.

You totally missed the point. This is about how - even here - ppl start bs with service. Customer service changed a lot over the yrs here in Holland, we didnt have the - is there anything else I can help you with today - bullshit. People would actually care.

And it doesnt matter of its a 500 bucks cleaner or a 10k plasma.

they had some doc here on tv 2 weeks ago, health insurance provider moved his callcenter to India. Ppl there speaking dutch even. Some guy tried comitting suicide and they had to deal with it like 20k miles away. Fucked up.

Sounds harsh as fuck,

You guys may not have heard of NTL who take it upon themselves to piss off customers. I've been on the phone to them, on hold I might add for hours on end. Their the cable company from hell. I found out recently that they set up the company knowing full well that they could'nt cope with customer support lines, so they out sourced it to Mars where their grasp of the Yorkshire accent is not the best any way NTL suck arse on a scale previously unknown to man.

Saying that there're not as bad as HSBC, who take it upon themselves to be as shit as humanly possible. I hate those bastards, world's local bank my arse, I got diverted all the way round the fucking planet before someone would speak to me.

Arrh I feel better for that.
