Here is a recent 'encounter' I had with the e-mail support department of Cheaptickets.com. My very simple question about using thier website resulted in this goofy conversation...

Wow, this is useless.

Why do you have e-mail support if the response is only going to be to call
customer service. I hate talking on the phone and I hate waiting on hold.

Why cant I have more than three price alerts and why does the
interface for editing the details of them work so poorly? Its easier
to delete and redo one than it is to edit an existing one.
