Legal Documents I Need For a Paysite.
 

i am starting a paysite up, i am buying the content from a content shooter (Paul Markham)
can you tell me what legal documents i need to run the site risk-free.
i dont think i have to sign anything just have records of the models dont i ?
please just tell me what i need and ill sort it out, or where i can get it!
