    So, how many of you have started dieting for the Florida show LOL?

    Its been about a month that Ive been walking home and back from the office every day for lunch and I always have a salad with Tuna or Chicken. I also work out every morning on my bowflex LOL. Heck Ive llost 15 pounds in a couple months lol.

    All I gotta do now is a full body wax

    Cant wait to hit the beach. Fuck im excited....can you tell?

                              I wanted to lose 8 lbs for my birthday in July, and then decided to keep going a bit more. The show gives me a good excuse for a deadline

                                  Thats exactly what I need, an excuse. Hope I can keep it up and not let go again.

                                  I used to be really into bodybuilding untill about 4-5 years ago. After I quit my day job and became a webmaster I let go the weights completely for some reason. I was 175 lbs in my prime, i reached 210...gees!

                                              Yeah, it is definitely helpful to have something to shoot for. I've tried the crash diet thing the week before the show, but that just makes me eat everything in sight while I'm there, and that's not good.
