Did anyone have this trouble with godaddy?

So a couple of days ago I get an e-mail stating that three of my domains have been transferred out of my account. Im like WTF? so I e-mail godaddy and ask what the hell is up. I get no explanation, just that if the change to my account is incorrect I will need to e-mail their "change" division.

So I do.

I get an e-mail back saying that I will have to fill out a form and send in a copy of some photo ID like a passporte and also the last 4 digits of my CC. WTF? I have to do all this to get my domains back?

So I send it in.

Two days go by and I finally get a mail back with instructions on how to get my domains transferred back into my account. I follow the instructions and I get two of my domains back, but the third one that shows up in my account ISNT EVEN MINE. Instead of getting all my domains back I am now missing one domain and I got another poor shmuck's domain in my account. Not to mention the name servers of my domain has changed. My site is still there but I cant fucking reach it via FTP

Hasn't happened to me... but you'd think they'd request Photo ID when transferring the domains OUT wouldn't ya? :error

I have heard bad things about them, I personally never have had a prob like that with them.

I keep hearing more bad things about godaddy. I have been with them for serveral years and always had something go wrong. My biggest problem is loging in. My account always gives me a hard time and I have to go through the cange password bullshit.
Maybe I will look elsewhere before my minor problems become major ones.

sounds like a bug - nothing that happens on a regular basis - were the domains locked in your account?

godaddy has nothing but problems... just change the registrar and you'll never have problems like this again!

Speaking of godaddy, are all renewals setup as recurring?

Oh really?

Details?

I wonder if they have shared with them the fact that I have registered fuckhomelandsecurity.com with them yet?

Oh wait, I think I have that at Dotster...
