So a couple of days ago I get an e-mail stating that three of my domains have been transferred out of my account. Im like WTF? so I e-mail godaddy and ask what the hell is up. I get no explanation, just that if the change to my account is incorrect I will need to e-mail their "change" division.
So I do.
I get an e-mail back saying that I will have to fill out a form and send in a copy of some photo ID like a passporte and also the last 4 digits of my CC. WTF? I have to do all this to get my domains back?
So I send it in.
Two days go by and I finally get a mail back with instructions on how to get my domains transferred back into my account. I follow the instructions and I get two of my domains back, but the third one that shows up in my account ISNT EVEN MINE. Instead of getting all my domains back I am now missing one domain and I got another poor shmuck's domain in my account. Not to mention the name servers of my domain has changed. My site is still there but I cant fucking reach it via FTP
