No, he spams that in the SE with no porn domains. You search keywords and you get all kind of keyword stuffing spam that is hosted on medical sites, foreign sites and shit like that.

All non porn stuff with weird directories that redirect to that site.

The link is not trojan. On the site it shows an empty movie and it encourage you to click a link to install a codec file, so you can "watch it". The codec is the trojan, and the empty movie is a trap.
