AAACK! My eye won't stop twitching.

Girl, that is lack of good sleep and stress. Happens to me alot too. First, either tell hubby to go out with the kids or lock yourself in your room and catch some Zzzs. Next, try to stay away from the comp for awhile.

Damian_Maxcash 07-15-2006 11:09 AM

Diet coke does that to me - coffee dosnt which is wierd....

testpie 07-15-2006 11:59 AM

I had that too for a while - i think it's a combination of lack of sleep and stress as TopBucksTrixxxia said, but i'd err on it being more to do with stress than anything else.

Pimpin_J 07-15-2006 12:09 PM

get some ice on it. No joke! It helps for me normally. Some little towel filled up with some crushed ice and put it on your face. Then lay down for some time and you will see it helps a bit.

you need to ask someone to spit upon your eye suddenly. No kidding.
Or to drop sulfacide natry

wdsguy 07-15-2006 02:22 PM

that usually means something bad is gonna happen

E$_manager 07-15-2006 02:37 PM

some people say you will be beaten in the eye. I don't believe that.

DutchTeenCash 07-15-2006 02:42 PM

its fucking annoying

Ive had a lip spasm for 3 days in a row now - almost gone but its SO annoying. Friend said I hit some muscle in the gym maybe that it. But eye is more annoying I bet.

CaptainWolfy 07-15-2006 02:47 PM

Kimo 07-15-2006 02:48 PM

LOL!

I'm gonna try the ice in a few when I get back home from an errand. If that doesn't help I'll try a very good suggestion from Kimo of a few drinks although I really don't feel stressed at all. :thumbsup

MsWild 07-16-2006 01:04 PM

that's a result of lack of sleep and stress
so you have to rest and get enough sleep.

bknoob 07-16-2006 01:05 PM

I take it as a sign for bad omen depending on the eye. If my left eye twitches, its bad luck, if my right eye twitches, its good luck. LOL, I think I am a little bit too superstitious :)

The fact that both contain caffeine, i would have thought.

reynold 07-16-2006 07:28 PM

You need a special ointment.... :winkwink:

react 07-16-2006 07:54 PM

Muscle twitching can indicate magnesium deficiency. Get on a good calcium+magnesium (magnesium depletes calcium) supplement for a while.

MaddCaz 07-16-2006 07:55 PM

poke that eye out

I tried the ice idea but that didn't work for me. It's still twitching actually. It's annoying but I figure it will go away on it's own. It's the right eye so if bknoob is right I may have some good luck coming my way.

BluewireAngie 07-19-2006 08:34 AM

stress? get some rest....
