I would appreciate some feedback regarding my site re-design, particularly the new Tour. Since I built it myself (and I am not a web designer, and didn't have to pay myself by the hour or number of pages) I decided to deliberately avoid the industry standard 3-5 clicks and a join page.

I am especially curious about comments regarding the video presentation on the What's New page.

Anyway, I do thank you for your time and look forward to your comments.

It looks good, but i think the red background needs to go, it takes the attantion of the actual site, the first thing i see is the red background before i see the actual site.

I will probably move away from so much red in the next version of the site. The reason I chose red is because of the positive/good luck significance of red in many Asian cultures (approx. 50% of my Members have Asian surnames), and the fact that it is overall a powerful color visually.

If you notice, most of the red is confined to the borders. I did note that on monitors where the color is over-saturated it tends to be more distracting.

For those that dislike the red, you should have heard the comments I received about the previous pink color, lol.

I just have a hard time seeing the world and the net in strictly black and white terms.

BTW, most of the photos on the ADG site currently are pix which I took. The new people I have been collaborating with are much better at still photography than I am. The only formal training/education that I have is in documentary film-making, hence I am now focusing mostly on video.

Sounds good to me!

I like the sense of "fun" - the text is flirty and casual and the pics are nice, it's organized, the video is a nice perk. Looks good. Maybe a darker red would work out for you.

Have no soundhahaha180;s from the video on your site. Or is there just no sound?
Site looks good so far, but some more details in your header wont be bad :)

Re-checked the sound and works fine for me (the music is embedded in the movies). What browser are you using?

Not sure what you mean regarding details in the header(?).

My quick nit-picking:

the video had no audio for me during the initial talking. Audio started with music.

The Times New Roman text on white looks cheap to me.

The top preview pic next to the text (guy holding purple cup) is not compelling at all.

I'd make it easier to see the thumbnail model list. Maybe have the first 20 at the bottom or something. (you have good models and pics, I would hilight them more)
