anyone know how to cut some video that wants to do me a favor or if not as a favor quote me a price to cut a 44 second clip out of a 3 minute movie??

if it's a WMV file, just use the Window Medie Editor that comes with your PC. You can tell it the In and Out points to the exact frame, and then save it.

tried out adobe on the wifes computer

then tried the editing software that came with the dvd camera - just ads effects n gay shit
